Joseph Swederski (President & Owner), has 30 years of industry leading experience in the commercial, residential, retail, public, & industrial concrete construction industry. His team under him has received numerous national project and safety awards, been published in trade magazines, are ACI industrial certified (less than 1% of all Concrete Professionals have this certification), & has been a keynote speaker for the NRMCA convention in Maryland / Washington.
A snow skiing accident in 2004 left him permanently disabled with quadriplegia. He returned to work within a year after his accident and several years later he moved to FL to better enjoy his family year-round. Proving further he can run the Midwest family business with determination, passion, and love for what he does with innovation, technology, organization, & surrounding himself with employees that share the same qualities he does.
Volunteering for his neighborhood HOA (Lakewood Ranch / Sarasota FL), Joe searched for a cost-effective solution to clean curbs, walkways, and structures. After acquiring quotes from local pressure washers, it was obvious that an area innovative company was needed with resources and knowledge of alternative processes to provide higher quality, quicker, cost effective, Eco-friendly, and sustainable solutions. So here we are, SWEDERSKI SOUTH INC. was created!
